My Approach
I believe counselling is a calling, and it stems from an inner drive to support others in finding a sense of fulfillment and belonging. I feel honoured to be part of my clients' stories, and I am constantly inspired by their courage and positive intention to change and undergo personal growth.

I believe that engaging in a collaborative therapeutic process can help people live happier, healthier, and more productive lives. Thus, my goal is to provide caring, compassionate, and accepting support to set the foundation for a trusting relationship. I use a client-centred, holistic approach since I believe in the interconnection of mind, body and emotions, and in the importance of experiencing a balanced life.
I provide individual counselling to youth, and adults.
Areas of Expertise
Trauma & PTSD
Trauma counselling is a specialized form of psychotherapy that helps people process, heal, and recover from distressing or overwhelming experiences. Whether caused by past abuse, accidents, loss, or other traumatic events, trauma can deeply affect thoughts, emotions, and overall well-being.
Trauma is not just about the external event—it is about how it impacts a person’s inner world, affecting their emotional, psychological, and physical health. Left unprocessed, trauma can lead to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and difficulties in daily life.
I offer evidence-based trauma therapy in Calgary, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems).
Multicultural Therapy
Multicultural counselling recognizes the profound impact of race, gender, faith, spiritual beliefs, ethnicity, disabilities, social class, and culture on mental health and overall well-being. Every individual’s experiences are shaped by their cultural background.
This culturally responsive approach acknowledges the intersectionality of identity and lived experiences, helping individuals navigate personal challenges, relationships, and societal expectations within their unique cultural framework.
I provide inclusive, culturally sensitive counselling tailored to your unique experiences. I offer a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.
Clinical Supervision
I am passionate about clinical supervision and mentoring provisional psychologists as they work toward full registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP). With over five years of experience in clinical supervision, I am dedicated to helping emerging professionals build confidence, competence, and ethical practice in the field of psychology.
I offer clinical supervision for clinicians in agency settings and private practice who are completing their registration requirements. My competency-based, supportive, and collaborative approach ensures that supervisees develop the necessary skills to provide effective psychological care. If you are a provisional psychologist in Calgary seeking experienced and supportive supervision, I would be happy to assist you on your path to full registration.
